1) You need meaningful connection.

How often do you have a deep conversation with someone?

People often hear you, but they rarely listen. 

You have to share your problems with other people. You will not overcome them if you keep them to yourself. 

Feeling connected to someone is a human need. Anxiety and discontent are high without it.

You could have these conversations with friends or family. But it is unlikely they will understand.

Honesty is important for happiness.

This builds personal growth. And reduces fear and anxiety.
