6 Simple Habits That Will Make You 10x More Productive

The average business owner works 72 hours per week.

But wastes 30% of their time.

  1. Distractions

But over the last 5 years, I’ve built a set of habits that have allowed me to:

  • Travel to 10+ countries
  • Build 2 online businesses
  • Study a bachelor’s degree
  • Cook all of my own meals
  • Exercise for 1+ hour per day
  • Spend time with friends & family.

So in this post, I’m sharing the 6 habits with you.

(so you can 10x your work output in 0.1x the time)

1. Time block scheduling

I’ve coached 150+ entrepreneurs in the last 4 years.

The biggest thing killing their productivity? Lack of planning.

Because if you wake up with no plan, you’re destined to procrastinate.

So set a time every night to plan your day.

Not a to-do list. A schedule for your time. It should include:

  • Exercise
  • Meetings
  • Sales activity
  • Checking emails
  • Social media posts

Every time you go into your office, you should know exactly what to do.

P.s. I use Google Calendar for this. You probably should too.

2. One-minute decisions

Decisions are distractions.

Most entrepreneurs spend ages thinking about the smallest decisions:

  • Which post to write
  • What task to do next
  • What to eat for lunch
  • What customer to call

These things don’t matter as much as you think.

So next time you’re stuck. Set a timer for one minute.

It puts pressure on you to make a faster decision.

Stop procrastinating. Start working.

3. Exercise snacks

Exercise is a business growth hack.

But you don’t need to spend 2 hours in the gym.

If you lack focus, it’s because your eyes are tired.

So every hour, get up and walk around for one minute. Do some jumping jacks, or some press-ups.

One minute of movement saves you 1 hour of time.

4. No phone before 11am

Phones destroy focus.

Here’s the perfect morning routine:

  1. Wake up
  2. Shower + water
  3. Work on business growth task
  4. Only check your phone after 11am

If you can do a high-impact task from 7am-11am, without looking at your phone, you will build a big business (I promise).

5. Clear your desk

The human brain is designed for distraction.

All that junk on your desk is destroying your focus.

Spend one minute every day clearing out the crap.

The only thing your desk needs is a computer and a glass of water.

6. Get accountability

Accountability will 10x your productivity.

Why? Because someone is depending on you to complete the work.

  1. Create a plan with someone.
  2. Set a deadline together.
  3. You’ll deliver on time.

Humans work best when someone is relying on them.

Stop doing it on your own. Start being more productive.
